01 — Weekly practice
Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini is the yoga of consciousness. Not a workout. Not a stretch class. A technology — precise, ancient, deeply transformative.
A class runs from one hour to 2h30 depending on where we are: pranayama, movement, mantra, meditation, relaxation. Each kriya works on something specific — the nervous system, the glandular system, the mind, the subtle body.
I teach across Lisbon — in studios, with the Aria association, and at the Lycée Français, where I lead Panda Yoga for children on Wednesdays.
Sadhana — once a week at Guru Ram Das Ashram in Sintra, Thursday or Sunday depending on the week. 2h30 of practice before dawn.
The program — Fire & Grace
An autumn series held between two forces: the fire that burns what is finished, and the grace that receives what's left. Six Friday mornings to ignite, burn, temper, soften, receive, and land — weaving kriya, pranayama, mantra and the sound of the harmonium into a living practice.
From the heat of the navel to the open field of the heart. No flexibility required — just presence.
The community class
One hour, no commitment, come when you can. Lower price so that a regular practice stays possible on any budget. Nothing lightweight about it — just no obligation to return.
Private & corporate
For a team that sits too much, a family, a group of friends, a retreat. I come to you — office, studio, home, or wherever you already gather. The same practice, shaped to the room and to the people in it.
No mats, no experience, no changing rooms needed. Breath and attention travel light.
02 — One to one
The Inner Sanctuary
There is a place beneath the noise. Beneath the to-do lists, the decisions, the things you carry without knowing you're carrying them. This is an invitation to go there.
Over two hours or more, we move through what is needed. Nothing is predetermined. Everything responds to what you bring, and what wants to surface.
You leave lighter. Not because the weight has disappeared, but because you've met it.
- Tarot — a mirror held at a useful angle, not a prediction
- Tea ceremony — slowing down enough to notice
- Sahumerio — cleansing with sacred smoke, held in the sahumador
- Sound — mantra, gong
- Breathwork & presence — coming back into the body
- Conversation and silence — in whatever proportion is needed
Bespoke. Intimate. In Lisbon.
03 — A closed cohort
Becoming an Independent Woman
“One is not born, but rather becomes, a woman.” — Simone de Beauvoir
Eight women. Six dinners. Eight months.
This is not a circle for women who have already made it. It's for women on their way there — building the income, the work, the life that belongs to them, and meeting everything that stands in the way of it.
Independence isn't only financial. It's the body that can hold effort, the mind that stops asking permission, the nervous system that doesn't collapse under a hard month. Every part of it is on the table.
The name is borrowed. La femme indépendante is a chapter in Beauvoir's The Second Sex, inside the part she called Toward Liberation — where she argues that no freedom is real until it is materially your own. Seventy-five years later, that is still the work.
The cycle is built on the five elements, taken in a precise order. Each element loosens something the next one needs, and the sequence ends where it's meant to end — in liberation. You cannot skip an evening for the same reason you cannot skip a season.
- Eight women, closed cohort — the same circle throughout
- Six dinners across eight months
- The five elements, in order, toward liberation
- An Ayurvedic dinner, cooked for you
- Circle and sound healing — mantra, gong
- A bibliography, one text per element
- At my home in Lisbon — eight women around one table
The first cycle opens with Consciousness on 13 October.

The ceremonial paths below are not counted here. They aren't measured in hours.
And another kind of learning
Alongside this, I walk a ceremonial path — moon dance, the pipe holder, Portadores de Fogo. These are long apprenticeships, held quietly and not offered as services. I mention them because they shape how I hold a room, not because they are on the menu.
Tarot and tea ceremony are part of this practice too. You'll meet them inside the Inner Sanctuary rather than as something bookable on their own.
“Tadā draṣṭuḥ svarūpe 'vasthānam”
Then the seer abides in its own true nature.
